love the late check out

the best part of my stay was the fact i got late check out.

service, appearance, room, lobby and bar layout

very safe zone for kids and elderly

great lobby and back yard and the staff was pleasant. my kids enjoyed the pool.

it’s hard when you travel with kids and an elderly parent to have to leave and try and figure out where to eat

always go to the bar they have and each time the bartenders have been absolutely delightful to talk to

had to wake up attendant to setup continental breakfast 20 minutes after it was supposed to be available

room had great air conditioning;the hotels in room guide mapped the room service, available transportation, and multiple services/hours

no pool. under construction . they should all the customer know. my kids was dispointed .

hotel was well-maintained and had great amenities like a pool and gym, plus they welcome pets, which is a nice touch

the bar was good atmosphere in property.

they allowed a late check out so that i could fit an unexpected call

we loved taking the bus to the nyc, it was very convenient and sojo spa is right down the street

no pancakes or waffles were offered, so the kids were a little disappointed
