i arrived on a very early flight but was given an early check in and a beautiful room on a high floor overlooking

stayed in suite with 19 and 21 year old kids

decor, clean rooms, convenient to madison avenue, hotel were very accommodating with late check out

the rooms are huge and comfortable by new york standards. bar and restaurant are great

my only small thing is the staff seemed confused with one member confirm the late check out on our arrival and the other on the day saying they had no note of it

apparently hotel had run out by 8pm being charged $8 for a pot of hot water to go with my room service tea for one
