there 4 x now still not got a late check out with a little talking allowed to check out 1pm instead of 12 noon

room was clean and the £10 late check out fee to stay until 5pm was most welcome after the marathon

it was such a waste of money the bed was not comfy the bathrooms are the size of a laundry basket staff were rude as

we had tao rooms but was going to a festival so needed early check in

next door staff moved us to another room and provided us with a complimentary bottle of wine and late check

they upgraded to on arrival. the gentleman on the desk also gave us a late check out. top man

of choices for places to eat breakfast was really nice room was clean late check out pool was

to the free wifi all the time especially when i move from one location to another within the hotel

area is great to work in, and also the wifi is stable and fast enough

we really appreciated the late check out following our race.

checked in very late- not a problem and then i asked for a late check out-not a problem

very clean, excellent breakfast and helpful staff to with early check in and late check out.

bed was a bit hard. gym was shut but that could have been due to covud restrictions.

we were there for a wedding at the golf course so it was close enough to get to without spending too much on accommodation

good location as we were playing golf at celtic manor which was 5 or so minutes away

the restaurant had a special kids room and it made the whole place noisy

we sadly didn't have time for breakfast or the soft play which would have been lovely for the kids

xx gave us free late check out as we arrived late due to horrendous weather

stayed for one night and had a wedding the next day at 3pm, we requested a late check out and was able to have this as it made our stay a lot easier and enjoyable

slight lack of choice for breakfast, it was just usual fried breakfast

(+) the evening meal we had in the pub was exceptional and the bar had a really good atmosphere (+) they have a variety of local beers and ciders on tap along with a full bar and wine options too

did not realise thursday was quiz night but room service good.

manager was very welcoming and helpful; a big plus to have off-road parking and the busy pub was a lovely place to relax

managed to get a late check out without an issue

improved menu etc great facilities, the gym has been upgraded too

great extra facilities pool , sauna ,steam room ,jacuzzi and a very well equipped gym

above - no room service but they dud bring us more tea, coffee, milk etc but bed was unmade and bathroom not

beautiful gardens, perfect place to sit back enjoy a drink from the bar or a cup of tea

i love the fact there is a late check out for 12noon, just have you an extra bit of time to get ready / pack, especially when

i had asked about late check out before arriving and was told to ask upon arrival, when arriving i was told to check

the only downfall was that when we asked for late check out there was clearly a lack of communication between the customer facing staff in the

staff were great and gave us late check out for the inconvenience so can’t fault them

also gave me a complementary late check out due to personal circumstances

at check in we were informed that late check out was only £5 and we could pay this when we returned from our night out

machine could have been more full, there was hardly anything left in there, also we opted for late check out and the cleaners where quite loud at one point

from check in to the meal in the evening to the late check out staff were fantastic everything was simply

everything in the room; staff was very pleasant and the best part was that we had complimentary late check out as we were running half marathon

which seemed to increase the noise from everyone elses air con units ,also tried to arrange late check out prior to arrival -told to ask at check in -tried that and told to ask in the

helpful staff, late check out, quiet room, great location, comfy bed and bathroom

the staff happily stored our bags and off we went, we checked back in later and once in our beautiful room noticed a note on the mirror wishing us a happy stay and hoped

information was provided upon check in about where to obtain wifi access but i discovered this by accident when using the tv remote

so many things were broken - poor bathroom, no plugs near the beds, no instructions for wifi, very small room, we were three guests but only two cups in room, issues with breakfast
