xx gave us free late check out as we arrived late due to horrendous weather

managed to get a late check out without an issue

breakfast was superb , the pool , sauna and jacuzzi really refreshing, the staff can t do enough for you , nothing was too

the pool, the jacuzzi and everything in the spa area was perfect and definitely worth it

i know they gave us early check in but i would have preferred them not to have offered this room and said there was

they upgraded to on arrival. the gentleman on the desk also gave us a late check out. top man

of choices for places to eat breakfast was really nice room was clean late check out pool was

next door staff moved us to another room and provided us with a complimentary bottle of wine and late check

gym had everything you need and the pool was also good

it was lovely for the kids back then and the same even now

room was clean and the £10 late check out fee to stay until 5pm was most welcome after the marathon

there 4 x now still not got a late check out with a little talking allowed to check out 1pm instead of 12 noon

we had tao rooms but was going to a festival so needed early check in

big free car park, gets congested close to the hotel but masses of space at the far end

we were given a larger room and late check out all free of charge

good bar menu

breakfast was over priced for quantity given also bar menus advise its £5 and people staying at the hotel are charged

the stay was great rooms very clean. staff were great and kids had a great time

a great time nice to have food in bar and a 2 min walk to room the room was clean hotel receptionist was very friendly will be back

the only down side was trying to open the wifi but one if the staff helped

choice of breakfast food was minimal and not much choice for kids

stayed for one night and had a wedding the next day at 3pm, we requested a late check out and was able to have this as it made our stay a lot easier and enjoyable

me & my kids had a fantastic time and happy with our stay and the kids loved the place

the breakfast buffet was really great with something for everyone and it was good to have a late check out and to be able able to use the leisure facilities until we left

the people occupying her room were granted a late check out, even though they knew my mother has called a head and was told the room would be

late check out at 12 noon meant a lie in or extra use of the spa facilities was

size of room (429 lakeside lodge). kids loved it.

also room service took over an hour just to deliver a jug of cold water with ice cubes in

and coffee facilities in the room late check out request was accepted quiet and comfortable

this was very much above average excellent wifi nice food bed / pillows superb

manager was very welcoming and helpful; a big plus to have off-road parking and the busy pub was a lovely place to relax

bar in the hotel, although small, had an excellent range of local beers and also welcoming and
