managed to get a late check out without an issue

the staff were exceedingly helpful, including with a late check out the next morning

and friendly atmosphere, comfortable, excellent beer, hearty english breakfast, great restaurant and all contained in the most amazing historic property

the staff were really warm and welcoming, the bar had a beautiful log fire burning, and a there was a wonderfully friendly atmosphere

the bed was so comfy. the staff were great as was breakfast, great facilities in the room.

the included breakfast was delicious and the beds and pillows super comfy

there 4 x now still not got a late check out with a little talking allowed to check out 1pm instead of 12 noon

room was clean and the £10 late check out fee to stay until 5pm was most welcome after the marathon

big free car park, gets congested close to the hotel but masses of space at the far end

it was such a waste of money the bed was not comfy the bathrooms are the size of a laundry basket staff were rude as

room was clean, spacious and cosy. we really liked the late check out.

reception, bar, restaurant and spa areas seem to have been recently refurbished and are very nice

of choices for places to eat breakfast was really nice room was clean late check out pool was

next door staff moved us to another room and provided us with a complimentary bottle of wine and late check

they upgraded to on arrival. the gentleman on the desk also gave us a late check out. top man

super comfy bed, well appointed bathroom with elemis products, and great wifi

and the bar afterwards with live music on a tuesday night was a happy surprise

we really appreciated the late check out following our race.

pool is closed right now however this is completely understandable given the current covid

exceptionally clean and spacious accommodation complete with air-con and wifi

the guys who ran the bar were friendly and the reception staff were so accommodating

we were given a larger room and late check out all free of charge

we were staying over as we were playing golf at celtic manor so the location was ideal, only 5mins down the road

went with 12 others before the start of our golf trip, recommend to stay if you're looking for a cheap night when travelling down to celtic

stayed for one night and had a wedding the next day at 3pm, we requested a late check out and was able to have this as it made our stay a lot easier and enjoyable

plenty of electric plug-ins, both usb and classic, free parking, free wifi, convenient location, breakfast included

was nice bed very comfy, hotel was nice and the breakfast was nice, staff were very friendly and bar open till early hours

were quiet, great black out blinds, bathroom kept really clean, staff friendly, very happy with kids eat free offer & pool facilities were kept in clean

by a lot of builders so parking can be a bit tricky but there is a quiet overflow area to the

family, great to have a brilliant family room which was 30 seconds away from the pool which the kids loved

no bath and room service terrible

and coffee facilities in the room late check out request was accepted quiet and comfortable
