the bar & restaurant staff were amazing

lovely spacious , clean room with a bar / restaurant. staff lovely, food and drink great

lovely hotel nice clean decor lovely staff with an attached bar /restaurant serving lovely food and

great all round, low price and clean! bed was comfortable. bar downstairs had football on.

the pool, spa and gym were good, the grounds were sublime

expensive for dinner and drinks and gor woken up by kids running around above me at 7am

lovely grounds for walking, nice swimming pool with excellent changing facilities

young kids serving had no clue what they were doing

the receptionist was very helpful and pleasant the breakfast was wonderful, and the waiting staff were efficent and couldn't be more

paid for breakfast but 10am was too late, to have it

the breakfast served in the bistro attached to the hotel was delicious and so much choice

fantastic location that always felt safe, clean rooms, quiet, great breakfast, and a friendly staff

we paid a little bit extra for late check in which was no issue for them and had a last minute late check out which helped

thing was spot on ,form the breakfast to the bar area couldn't falt it

noise from bar was a bit too much even at 12:30 am

room was basic but clean and perfectly fine and good value for money with free parking and access to bar and restaurant

i would have loved wifi in my room.

was fabulous, staff were great asked for a late check out was not a problem to check out an hour later

the free wifi connection was a bit lacking, though we were on the top floor

however, the kitchen is short staffed which means longer waits

staff were friendly and helpful the bar had a nice buzz staff were attentive

kitchen had all amenities you would expect

i especially like the late check out time, so no rushing

late check out at 12 a bonus too

the breakfast was complex and enough for everyone, they even had products for vegetarians

price of the room was a bit priced for 2 adults and 2 kids

there is a bar downstairs which is friendly and open - £5 a pint

the bar was airy and open, and the breakfast was well equipped and neatly presented

was no straight way from the room to the bar you had to walk around the building to get the bar with was no biggy but it would have made it

views and having social activities within the area. bar on site

the dining room lacked character & felt detached from the main bar & reception area.

was lovely only think it was above the bar and main door it was noisy but only till closing time

room was large and very comfortable with good wifi

staff were really friendly and helpful we asked for a late check out and they were able to accommodate us

there were 11 of us in total- 6 adults and 5 kids - and all our meals were fab

hotel was very clean and beds were comfortable great little venue for kids with park and plenty of space to play would recommend and great value for

would benefit from someone patrolling the rooms at night as there was a lot of noise and kids roaming around at night

jacuzzi bath was a hit with the kids and nice big family room

the nightclub music lol wouldn’t reccomd with kids
