kitchen of the apartment was poorly stocked with minimal crockery and cutlery

be an issue - as there is no direct access to the hotel -2) this is not a normal hotel where room service is available 24/7 as the staff are also running a restaurant

however, the kitchen is short staffed which means longer waits

good central location, easy check in and late check out requested was authorised.. thank you.

50 extra for room service so had that every morning comfortable bed and nice

hydro arena and city centre 24 hour m & s 1 minute walk away staff facilitated early check in and late check out which was really

their best and could managed a room for us within 30 min, not only that they also offered us a late check out when we had our flight

the white towels were luxurious and we appreciated the late check out of 12 noon

well maintained and good value for money, also made a phone call in the morning for a late check out at short notice and this was no problem atall staff were lovely aswell stayed here a

quite noisy from the bar across the street and a lot of traffic

the windows opened (which we loved being able to do), we listened to folks at the restaurant/ bar across the street until late at night - this was a bummer
