we had a problem with our room (a large group of kids was staying on the same floor and was loud and running around the hallways until the early (-) the kids got cold fast and could not really enjoy the pool (-)the pool was not great and crowded with a bunch of kids making exercise impossible. (-)were requested for immediately going out of the building, it was really scary time with the kids, till the receptionist came out saying now you can go back to your room it was false alarm (-) i wanted to bring my kids for new years eve to swim and stay in a hotel for fun
