was bit soft for my back wifi couldnt connect to smart tv (otherwise wifi on phone was

was just perfect - staff, room, noise levels, restaurant, room service, parking, wifi (i had lots of work teams

location and plenty of free parking onsite

neighbours were very quiet, close to home and shops, check in was quick, staff was friendly, parking was easy

on in the bathroom everyone else in the main room could see in, not a good sight if you have your kids with you

wifi is very poor, gave up trying to log on. just kept dropping out

room was lovely, staff were nice. parking was great. 10/10 thank you

wifi was not available in the rooms, unacceptable in this day and age

had trouble connecting to wifi

we noticed there were no signs anywhere reserving parking for their motel guests

was central to needs, the cocktails and food were great, the room was spacious and well stocked, parking was

as well as the pokies, and room service

the spa was out of this world big

wifi connection & speed.

fast, friendly and delicious dinner via room service

everything was excellent...even the gym was well-equipped

been woken up early by people using the gym and no exhaust fan in bathroom

the gym was a bit lacking.

need to get rid of the gym, it s too noisy for rooms below

some gym equipment locked away with no access

over spa bath, high to get into

parking is a little busy

free parking was a bonus

perfect position for our needs, also locked up car parking spaces that was a bonus

very good facilities and lovely bar &

good location with a lot of restaurants around and good wifi

the kids loved the pool and heated spa

wifi internet

location. kitchen..plates bowls cuttelery and mwo. provided. cheap parking great location

old style budget accommodation rooms clean but noisy at peak times. no room service

the kitchen was not true to heritage (rather a 1970 s reno) it should be brought up to modern level

bathroom and kitchen need upgrading.

nice big spa bath and great hot water

the kitchen is basic and small set up but operational

to the city (if you do not have any mobility or health issues), close to north adelaide, and good parking

i felt breakfast for the kids should be free.

room was spacious and comfortable, and we could head out and be in a cozy bar nearby in minutes

suite we had was amazing, large, the bed was a king size, possibly a ben a super king, and the spa bath was

wifi needs improvement and also need more rubbish bin in the room

spa bath was good. room was clean, good pillow choice. staff were very friendly.

spacious, clean, 7 mins walk to rundle mall, and daily room service was awesome

some of the draws in the kitchenette were filthy

was missing a common area to sit and read or use wifi

i love the hotel has a free laundry and dryer but we need to have long queue with another someone's laundry,

free laundry was very useful too

maybe more visuals on what is around the place and how things work like how to do room service and where facilities

pool area was nice for a moment of relaxation breakfast, coffee and dinner was amaaaazing such good

the high-quality bed, excellent shower pressure, efficient cleaners, good gym, cheerful bar staff and the friendly

my kids enjoyed the pool

room service options need to be expanded

good gym and pool area

pool area and spa only small but clean plenty of towels

and receiving a $10 credit for not having the room service is a great concept

room service was prompt

location was great, lovely staff. lovely swim at the pool.

complaints, vending machine for snacks and cold drinks would have been handy, woman running bar on the friday

hotel i've stayed in here in adelaide, rooms impeccable, service second to none and the gym is as good as any

a small but nice open pool

no car park and paid wifi

facilities in the room would have been good for the kids eg

room... beds couch and spa great indooor pool

guest laundry - washing machines looked old and dirty and one ruined a new shirt

luma restaurant & bar a wonderful venue for working & meeting clients

pool and spa area was great, nice and clean and tidy

gorgeous bathroom with his and hers showers, lovely bed too and the guest laundry came in handy as we were

the spa bath was very nice

great the ambient building set in idealic county side lovely gardens, well appointed bathroom and kitchenette

the spa was great, even had a view

but it is fine, as we still enjoy the facility and spa etc

wifi in the room was patchy and could not use the netflix as advertised due to the bad internet

the kids jumping up and down in the room above

didn't like the $10 room service charge

the food and the room service coffee )powder machine)

room service food delicious

for the lap pool but there were lots of loud kids in the pool so unable to swim in the afternoon on day of stay

decent size swimming pool under cover so you don't get sunburn

place for families, bakery and pizzaria across the street, restaurant on site, clean rooms , pool is nice,

we left to go and find a laundry mat as soon as we had checked in arriving home after 9pm

no dishwashing liquid, and the self laundry room.

pool was great with the hot weather

maybe needed a bit of information in the room about mini bar prices and room facilities

wifi should be available for free.

to get the wifi established and there was only one code for one device in the room - we had to go and ask for

was absolutely exceptional went above and beyond, stating where exactly the gym, swim facilities were upon

the spa was too hot and the sauna too cold. otherwise everything was fantastic!

everything available o n site bed really comfortable and spa amazing.

loved the free room upgrade and the room service. tea from the bistro was amazing!

the king spa room was beautiful, bed is super comfortable

it should show that prices are if you are getting room service, as when you go down for breakfast it s much

the room service was great and the breakfast was delicious

had room service and had dinner and ordered the chicken curry and found the chicken a bit average

room, just good service, good happy hr, not trying to rip you off like other hotels, do your own laundry

the gym was antiquated.

very clean, stayed the king spa suite, breakfast was 10/10 ud83dudc4c

the food was delicious and the room service was excellent

the pool was awesome, also very clean

staff is not very helpful especially when it comes to the usage of the laundry room

parking, location, free space everything was excellent

watching movies from the lovely spa comfy cozy homely feel. quiet area

clean, comfortable, friendly helpful housekeeping staff, kitchen facilities and lots of room

location is right on a busy road. continuous noise from trucks and vehicles. wifi was unusable.

rooms was comfortable, location was good. car parking available in front.

compact apartment, 2 bedrooms and full kitchen with cooking facilities but no dining table and small compact

when advertised, wifi should reach every room reliably. it was erratic.

rooms were comfortable and clean, room service was great

loud sound of the ventilation system coming through from the kitchen.

don't have facilities like pool and it's access to the cbd was pretty far around 30 mins.

everything staff were great awsome food and bar great view of the lake

good size rooms. comfortable bed. amazing breakfast options. helpful staff.

by the staff ,the yummy food served, i really enjoyed the tasty meals and the promptness of the room service

car parking was impossible, because there was 2 wedding on the day

although we did not get the chance to try them, the pool and gym facilities looked really well-maintained and
