pool could have been a bit warmer, better selection on the menu for room service

room service food and wine options and available times weren t great.

wifi dropped out frequently

wifi should be available for free.

used the gym and pool, great facilities

the facilities were good too, nice gym and pool

facilities amazing . staff next level friendly gym and pool the best

nothing, i just havent got a chance to see the pool. so no comment on that ..

to many kids in the pool

the food and the room service coffee )powder machine)

liked the room it was big and comfortable plus the big spa bath, my kids loved room service, breakfast, the pool

free wifi

wifi worked really well

the gym was terrible

the cafe at breakfast were wearing sand shoes and leggings, would have been ok if we were at the gym

room... beds couch and spa great indooor pool

kids limited dining menu

staff , service and our christmas day breakfast wasx10/10 looking forward to our next

room was spacious, free wifi a bonus

great location, lovely bar and restaurant, great decor and very clean.

nothing really the room service food was a bit average but it was ok.

i had room service one evening and the satay was some of the best id ever tried

that the cocktail bar is cashless.

gym needs free weights

gym was great - clean with good equipment

no free wifi access - something that is offered in many hotels/motels around the country.

excellent location , breakfast had a huge selection, free wifi and complimentary water bottles

pool very exposed to the elements mainly the wind. no spa which was very disappointing.

a cockroach run out of the kitchen chased by a person then seen that i seen it and promptly ran back in this

also the hotel wifi drops in and out regularly - not ideal

good shower pressure and hotel mini bar amenities

room service was good also and very easy to do :) the staff where so kind and welcoming too

we made use of the mini bar and room service, very enjoyable stay overall

the staff were lovely and helpful and room service was great

restaurant kitchen/room service available as an option for guests

although the rooftop garden bar was not operating we went up there with a drink in the evening and sat and took

bad wifi connection

the majestic suites are fantastic, nice and spacious with a balcony, large bathroom with a spa bath and full

an excellent new hotel in the heart of the city. modern, clean with good wifi and best service.

i wish the spa bath filled up higher. lol

this is also the first hotel i came across that does your laundry for free

wifi wasn't working so had to hot spot my phone. parking was also down the road so not on site

safe and secure, great key system, restaurant downstairs, pool, robes and towels, great bed, and room service

pretty uncomfortable, the pillows seemed old the kettle didn t work and i couldn t use the wifi

excellent rooms, the spa rooms are lovely

didn t like the idea that it had 3 rooms and 5 beds but still charged extra for the kids when it should just

of toilets very poor laundry

the laundry pipe was blocked so washing machine overflowed

but you can expect a charming place to stay with the added bonus of a big spa bath

when we asked about using the fireplace we were told it was at a cost after we had checked in and no mention

only would be handy if microwave in the room but there was one in the laundry for use.

the pool was well loved by my kids

great location, great price. a lovely surprise to have a free continental breakfast thrown in!

and it would be good to have had a little kitchenette as saying for a week, you want to make food and clean up

breakfast was delicious, rooms were clean and fresh, pretty quiet all around

over spa bath, high to get into

free parking which is excellent

parking is a little busy

the wifi was super slow.

very good facilities and lovely bar &

some gym equipment locked away with no access

been woken up early by people using the gym and no exhaust fan in bathroom

need to get rid of the gym, it s too noisy for rooms below

from the gym was quite invasive, otherwise happy to recommend and will stay again when next in adelaide

and the only issue i m really conscious of is asking not to be housed on 2nd floor below the gym, particularly

have had designated parking for those staying in the accommodation

the convenience of having the supermarket across the road and laundry etc

did not use the wifi, but the food was great and the staff where very facilitating, the outdoor bar is well set

a decent size bin, the small toilet one just isn t enough for 2 adults and 2 kids, especially when one is in

the hotel even has complimentary hot chocolate, 2 small tim tam and 2 snacks for the kids

would have been better if there were dishwashing liquid in the shared kitchen and laundry needs more machines

we were unable to currently use the laundry

decent size swimming pool under cover so you don't get sunburn

appreciated the guest laundry but one washer was not enough

if the pool was heated i would definitely jump in!

tv not showing all channels, and wifi and my phone was playing up there??

wifi connection & speed.

room service finished at 9pm. bed was pretty hard no coffee machine in room

of parking

room service is available

included continental breakfast packs. location. daily room service.

fridge badly needed defrosting. no iron. iron not working in laundry.

that they didn t have breakfast in the morning room service

didn't have coins onsite for the laundry machines, had to walk up to the local servo

the kids liked the pool

had on site parking. nice large room.

, plus in the 'kitchen' area

very comfortable bed in spa room.

room didn t have a kitchen sink, and the bathroom sink was very small, which was uncomfortable

room was perfect ud83dudc4c we loved the spa and the hostess was lovely

staff were very nice! kids enjoyed the pool!

wifi is absolutely rubbish and bad cell reception inside

they also had a few noodles for the kids use

as a business traveller, a laundry service would have been wonderful.

free parking is excellent

towel after contacting reception a couple of times,re towel,we were told he was waiting for the laundry truck

excellent hotel with spa bath and views of adelaide.

that was the first thing i noticed walking in was like no one has bothered to vaccum then the no wifi on the tv

spa is awesome

parking was right next door with plenty of available spaces

the pool was closed the morning of our stay, due to the weather

the wifi

room service was excellent

pool should be 24hour if and adult but i do understand that's highly not likely with regulations

location was wonderful and the view outstanding, the outdoor pool overlooking the beach was lovely, a great

it is easy to find and there is sufficient parking

location and good parking very quiet as well

happy to have got parking within

wifi was very slow and almost not worth using

on site parking makes taking luggage into the room easy
