quest wifi didn't work at all

thing the beds were very comfortable the tv's were a good size the bathroom and spa was huge the staff were

off street parking

parking was reasonable

we had kids meals which came out at the same time as other meals and we waiting close to an hour for our

breakfast was good. plenty of options

wifi. couldn t get any reception.

late at night and very early morning from what sounded like industrial dryers in a laundry

we enjoyed a delicious hot breakfast and coffee daily, while the kids made the most of the indoor pool and gym

gym closes at 10pm

parking access

very limited tight parking but plenty of free on street parking during the weekend

to the city (if you do not have any mobility or health issues), close to north adelaide, and good parking

bathroom and kitchen were just passable.

didn t like the idea that it had 3 rooms and 5 beds but still charged extra for the kids when it should just

previously informed about (it rained all day so would have really like to use the pool with the kids)

free wifi and parking (although not always available

no offer of hot breakfast and yes codiv19 is here but maybe room service for breakfast

room would have been perfect with a kitchenette, but the microwave and the crockery in the laundry sufficed

clean beds, and pool area.

thing i would say is that they didn't have a guest book in the room that told you about possible room service

wonderful stay, quiet. my son loved it :) wifi absolute positive!

easy parking and only a few minutes from the city

every night was loud discos kids couldn't get to sleep till after midnight

i ordered room service for dinner one night and the food was great

conveniently located. great vending machines. cold pool. nice gym setup

the gym was a bit lacking.

and the only issue i m really conscious of is asking not to be housed on 2nd floor below the gym, particularly

some gym equipment locked away with no access

bit old style but that s not really a problem gym lacks facilities, though the presence of the cable machine

gym well equipped

on-site parking is a huge plus at this location

good location, good room, free parking

room was not ready at 2. spa was empty

the wifi was super slow.

swimming pool a little small.

facilities in the room would have been good for the kids eg

the kitchen was almost non-existent, and the vent in the shower was putridly filthy

30 minute wait to check in, chromecast wifi network was not discoverable.

room service food was amazing as was the buffet breakfast - sooooo many choices

great location, lovely bar and restaurant, great decor and very clean.

room... beds couch and spa great indooor pool

bathroom sink is quite high - kids couldn t reach the taps!

wifi was not included in the price of room

the wifi in my room was very slow.

needs a sauna or indoor pool

everything bar the shower head

had a lovely relaxing stay with a wonderful breakfast and room service dinner the spa bath was amazing and we

clean, comfortable rooms, great pool and room service with tasty food

rooftop pool a great added bonus for a hot day

at hotels just my personal preference lol i prefer hotel with adults only specially at a pool/hotel that nice

very stylish great restaurant ang bar excellent location

for the lap pool but there were lots of loud kids in the pool so unable to swim in the afternoon on day of stay

sauna and pool was great

i love that you can order room service on an ipad also

wifi, needs to be a secure network and accessed by a simple password arrangement, not using your

lovely staff that accommodated our needs (like wifi connect and extra breakfast add on) great amenities like

pool could have been a bit warmer, better selection on the menu for room service

restaurant food and no laundry facilities on site

i thought the gym, pool, spa and sauna were amazing, the temperatures were perfect and was the perfect place

comfortable, showers hot and the little goodies such as shampoo etc were great, we also love the gym, spa and

the pool area could do with some tlc

it was a hot day and my partner and kids were stuck in the hot car while i organised parking and paid for room

the rooms are very good and the gym, whilst small is functional and having a pool and

was car parking (which you pay for separately), free wifi and breakfast and a pool

a bit like all the staff where work experience kids

found wifi to be poor. had to log on continuously and speed slow. this is only criticism.

a guest laundry

even a kitchenette was convenient with the kids

wifi kept dropping out

good wifi helpful when working online

need a bigger pool

wifi was good (even if it is limited to 5mbp per person, it still functioned well for zoom meetings

spacious and clean rooms with great day light and a good mini bar selection, staff we very friendly and

room service options need to be expanded

the spa was a delight

pretty uncomfortable, the pillows seemed old the kettle didn t work and i couldn t use the wifi

dryer in laundry broken

there was a frequent stench coming through the room likely from the kitchen

didn't know about wifi and location is a little out - but minor issues

could have done with a non slip mat in the spa bath for when using the shower.

room was a quaint little space, with tv, free wifi, a generous bed, several couches, bar fridge and a large

i do not hesitate to recommend the highlander hotel as their waiters/waitresses and bar staff were extremely

wifi connection, i need to logon almost every 15 mins.

i had the spa room and basic breakfast is included (cereal, milk

free wifi also the free parking

and husband love to stay here, the spa make us so relax enjoy like honeymoon, the view so beautiful, room it's

not getting room service every day

no wifi

rubbish bin hadn't been emptied from previous guest, gross contents kitchenette chairs stained, didn't want to

appreciated the auto-connect wifi, roomy desk space, and use the microwave in the hallway

kids like the pool

it was great having a separate room for the kids and they loved the spa

or twice it was tricky using the pool when it was taken over by kids with their big blow-up crocodiles but -

comfy bed, friendly staff, pool on hot days, free parking, free wifi, clean

the pool and spa was fantastic with the kids.

the buffet breakfast is delicious and afternoon drinks at horizons bar is spectacular

how helpful the kids were

, concierge handled the luggage to and from the rooms , housekeeping were quick and efficient , room service

100m to beach room service to my door heaps of restaurants in close proximity
