location, swimming pool brilliant on a hot day to cool off, only short drive to the airport, little bang brewery

kitchen, but i wasn't sure if there was

free wifi is good too

loved the spa bath in the room 10/10

can t think of anything negative to say about my stay with you at all the car parking was good and you don

the laundry wasn't very nice

place for families, bakery and pizzaria across the street, restaurant on site, clean rooms , pool is nice,

decent size swimming pool under cover so you don't get sunburn

appreciated the guest laundry but one washer was not enough

helpful and friendly staff location upgraded to exec room shared kitchen & laundry

parking was convenient

staff were exceptional throughout from room service through to the bar, restaurant and check-in

a bit noisy from the laundry..across our room

room service, loved all the food, great wifi and access to netflix on big screen, amazing bed, service and we

noisy bar nearby

microwave and free parking

had on site parking. nice large room.

laundry is a disgrace

kitchen could have been more with faciy

bus close by for travel to city spa room clean comfortable

realise there is no breakfast option and room service is just from the thai restaurant downstairs and they charge

didn't know about wifi and location is a little out - but minor issues

there is a laundry guest room which was conviennent after a few weeks of travelling

no breakfast or room service

this is also the first hotel i came across that does your laundry for free

figure out how the wifi worked but the front desk was very helpful and and gave us a

wifi was good (even if it is limited to 5mbp per person, it still functioned well for zoom meetings

you're in the bar and the kitchen is open all the smell going to your clothes

the high-quality bed, excellent shower pressure, efficient cleaners, good gym, cheerful bar staff and the friendly

free wifi for 24 hrs only

the hotel at major costs and then having to enter the hotel via a staff back door through dirty laundry and

comfortable and good sized room/suite. good wifi. location suited me.

helpful staff, luxurious bed, fantastic room service, lovely deep bath

staff were super friendly, the room was huge and had great south australian mini bar options

wifi not stable.

the facilities were good, sauna, swimming pool and gym

no concierge to greet you and help with your bags despite it being on the website laundry meant to be back the

need faster wifi, drinks at bar could be colder

great swimming pool to swim

very central, clean, friendly and a good bar and restaurant downstairs.

shampoo etc were great, we also love the gym, spa and pool upstairs which is a great hit with the kids

the wifi was a little temperamental

clean room, friendly staff and very good facilities with a bonus laundry

great vibes. pool was cold but spa was hot. will stay again!!!

were super comfy, spa in room was clean and good size, staff were excellent and helpful and has a bar on the 6

very stylish great restaurant ang bar excellent location

room service took a long time. over an hour for an ice bucket.

5 star hotel with gym, sauna and swimming pool

i have young kids and my husband and i booked a night away for our anniversary to have a good night sleep and

but otherwise the pool/gym area is gorgeous

room was great size lots of room, clean and wifi

to reception from room noone answered, had to go down and check withe reception staff to fix the wifi

spacious rooms and large bathroom

we were only there 1 night so didn't get a chance to use the pool or gym

no free wifi.

loved how the indoor pool/spa area were open

bathroom sink is quite high - kids couldn t reach the taps!

friendly staff. lovely hotel. great to have a bar and restaurant on site.

wifi didn t work

room service tasted awesome

no free wifi access - something that is offered in many hotels/motels around the country.

g poached eggs / eggs benedict) from the kitchen rather than just have the buffet

outdoor pool area was basic

dinners - kitchen understaffed, slow delivery of food

hotel i've stayed in here in adelaide, rooms impeccable, service second to none and the gym is as good as any

free parking is key advantages. very big room for this price.

convenient location, great parking facilities, friendly and informative staff.

the wifi was super slow.

gym well equipped

value, location and staff, and also great parking

from the gym was quite invasive, otherwise happy to recommend and will stay again when next in adelaide

and the only issue i m really conscious of is asking not to be housed on 2nd floor below the gym, particularly

bit old style but that s not really a problem gym lacks facilities, though the presence of the cable machine

everything was excellent...even the gym was well-equipped

the gym was a bit lacking.

the pool and spa was fantastic, i could've stayed in there all day

wifi internet

great location, laundry open all the time. friendly staff.

rooms, rooms cleaned daily, tv in room worked, wifi available, friendly helpful staff: our shower was not working

very helpful staff, breakfast included in room cost

nice big spa bath and great hot water

the wifi was also unreliable but we were not really there to sit on our devices so that did not bother

didn t like the idea that it had 3 rooms and 5 beds but still charged extra for the kids when it should just

to the city (if you do not have any mobility or health issues), close to north adelaide, and good parking

the kitchen was not true to heritage (rather a 1970 s reno) it should be brought up to modern level

room service is prompt and not overly expensive, though the $5 charge to bring it to your room is a

free parking

easy parking and only a few minutes from the city

easy parking

thing i would say is that they didn't have a guest book in the room that told you about possible room service

staff were very nice! kids enjoyed the pool!

wifi is absolutely rubbish and bad cell reception inside

they also had a few noodles for the kids use

as a business traveller, a laundry service would have been wonderful.

free parking is excellent

towel after contacting reception a couple of times,re towel,we were told he was waiting for the laundry truck

excellent hotel with spa bath and views of adelaide.

that was the first thing i noticed walking in was like no one has bothered to vaccum then the no wifi on the tv

spa is awesome

parking was right next door with plenty of available spaces

wasn't aware about wifi internet services.

perfect for us with young kids

door from the bedroom/living room/kitchen was a sliding door and gave no privacy as there was a big gap either

my only real criticism is the lack of wifi

we didn't use wifi

i do not hesitate to recommend the highlander hotel as their waiters/waitresses and bar staff were extremely

wifi connection, i need to logon almost every 15 mins.

the spa was awesome! the room was massive. great for a fun weekend

keeping, secure car parking onsite and breakfast daily as well as value for money

wifi login didn t work

in the spa area at night - was very dull and as i was the only person there i felt a little uneasy

our stay was relaxing and a great place for kids. breakfast was delicious.

the cocktail bar is great

great room service and staff we re all so helpful and friendly

view from the 6th floor was breathtaking, the beds were very comfortable and room service was very good

excellent and generous breakfast, easy parking and access to room

great bathroom - big bath & shower kids loved the castle

view of parking lot

wifi in the room was patchy and could not use the netflix as advertised due to the bad internet

perhaps a small playground out the way would be great for the kids to play in
