wifi connection, i need to logon almost every 15 mins.

it was clean, convenient and breakfast at the weekend was great.

of location for our needs, good and easy parking, very good price, cleanliness, and friendly staff

room was lovely, staff were nice. parking was great. 10/10 thank you

continental breakfast very clean bed quite good quiet location good shower

central location. great parking.

neighbours were very quiet, close to home and shops, check in was quick, staff was friendly, parking was easy

convenient on-site parking

a designated smoking area we had to wait for some people to finish so we could walk thru with the kids i'm sure

great parking

was central to needs, the cocktails and food were great, the room was spacious and well stocked, parking was

as well as the pokies, and room service

the spa was out of this world big

wifi connection & speed.

fast, friendly and delicious dinner via room service

everything was excellent...even the gym was well-equipped

been woken up early by people using the gym and no exhaust fan in bathroom

the gym was a bit lacking.

need to get rid of the gym, it s too noisy for rooms below

some gym equipment locked away with no access

over spa bath, high to get into

parking is a little busy

free parking was a bonus

perfect position for our needs, also locked up car parking spaces that was a bonus

very good facilities and lovely bar &

good location with a lot of restaurants around and good wifi

the kids loved the pool and heated spa

wifi internet

location. kitchen..plates bowls cuttelery and mwo. provided. cheap parking great location

old style budget accommodation rooms clean but noisy at peak times. no room service

the kitchen was not true to heritage (rather a 1970 s reno) it should be brought up to modern level

bathroom and kitchen need upgrading.

nice big spa bath and great hot water

the kitchen is basic and small set up but operational

to the city (if you do not have any mobility or health issues), close to north adelaide, and good parking

i felt breakfast for the kids should be free.

room was spacious and comfortable, and we could head out and be in a cozy bar nearby in minutes

suite we had was amazing, large, the bed was a king size, possibly a ben a super king, and the spa bath was

wifi needs improvement and also need more rubbish bin in the room

spa bath was good. room was clean, good pillow choice. staff were very friendly.

common laundry room, clean and comfortable. modern decor. comfy bed.

booked hotel for the pool but was not what expected. wifi should be free, only free for 24 hrs.

swimming pool would have loved if it was rooftop

wifi quality, chromecast accessibility didn t work - staff couldn t fix and didn t appear to

i wasn't feeling well and wanted something small (like a kids meal) which only kids could get - unless i read

good part- you could use the laundry facilities for free but unfortunately the drying part wasn t working so

this is also the first hotel i came across that does your laundry for free

dryer in laundry broken

didn't know about wifi and location is a little out - but minor issues

the spa and size and lay out of the room

good gym and pool area

pool area and spa only small but clean plenty of towels

and receiving a $10 credit for not having the room service is a great concept

room service was prompt

location was great, lovely staff. lovely swim at the pool.

complaints, vending machine for snacks and cold drinks would have been handy, woman running bar on the friday

hotel i've stayed in here in adelaide, rooms impeccable, service second to none and the gym is as good as any

a small but nice open pool

no car park and paid wifi

facilities in the room would have been good for the kids eg

room... beds couch and spa great indooor pool

guest laundry - washing machines looked old and dirty and one ruined a new shirt

luma restaurant & bar a wonderful venue for working & meeting clients

pool and spa area was great, nice and clean and tidy

gorgeous bathroom with his and hers showers, lovely bed too and the guest laundry came in handy as we were

were beautiful and the bed was very comfortable the bar and restaurant area very lovely as well

swimming pool and gym are great to tried

pool and gym facilities are superior it is the place to stay in adelaide if you looking for an excellent

everything, staff, pool, room service. bath in the centre, with views i could have moved in.

sauna and pool was great

lovely staff that accommodated our needs (like wifi connect and extra breakfast add on) great amenities like

we also got room service from the restaurant and it was 10/10

no concierge to greet you and help with your bags despite it being on the website laundry meant to be back the

speedy room service

pool could have been a bit warmer, better selection on the menu for room service

laundry dryer needs fixing

place for families, bakery and pizzaria across the street, restaurant on site, clean rooms , pool is nice,

would have been better if there were dishwashing liquid in the shared kitchen and laundry needs more machines

we left to go and find a laundry mat as soon as we had checked in arriving home after 9pm

decent size swimming pool under cover so you don't get sunburn

tastefully decorated, best bed ever, best value for money, excellent facilities, plenty of free parking

was not happy with the wifi questions, too much personal information online

staff were exceptional throughout from room service through to the bar, restaurant and check-in

room was next to the laundry and people used that at 5

the view, and the bed was amazing. room service was quick and delicious

there are spa, pool, and gym, but very small

the food was delicious and the room service was excellent

we did not use the pool or restaurant but we would if we returned

the hotels is looking to wow the guests beyond belief then a free mini bar will do it, otherwise there is nothing

you could have the cafe and downstairs bar open longer.

more smoking areas. another laundry room would be handy, maybe in room irons

was located in a room next to hotel laundry and they didn't stop all night, so had no sleep

breakfast delivered to room night prior was plentiful & good selection

staff is not very helpful especially when it comes to the usage of the laundry room

after room service for the second day, we found that the bed was not made properly

there was a laundry outside the room which was very handy ($3 for wash and $1/10min for dry), however the

location is right on a busy road. continuous noise from trucks and vehicles. wifi was unusable.

kitchen could have been more with faciy

wifi and hot water was excellent

spa room we stayed in was great

nice bathroom, the parking area is massive.

kitchen appliances were broken and towels were sirty

wifi in the room was patchy and could not use the netflix as advertised due to the bad internet

outlined car parking, low pressure in the shower due to a leaking shower head, constant anxiety over the cost

extractor fan in the shower needed cleaning and the washing up sponge that was in the kitchen was very worn and

the breakfast in knots kitchen was also really good

food perfect, pool could use an update

perfect location for the liv golf

good size rooms. comfortable bed. amazing breakfast options. helpful staff.

room was spacious

great bottle shop to the side of the property and easy to uber eats when the kitchen closes

- an amazing hotel and suite, lunch and room service breakfast

i was able to do a load of washing at the on-site laundry

the chips and peppercorn sauce for room service was delicious

we had kids meals which came out at the same time as other meals and we waiting close to an hour for our
