golf course which i have to say is the main reason for our visit was in shocking condition, it is

very large bedroom with lovely view of the golf course

bar only carried crisps and nuts when the kitchen closed at 10pm

could not get wifi to work on my first night

at breakfast, a lovely lady called mihaela took time to take us through the various options available

good clean rooms and great bar area and restaurant great prices available aswell

the bar staff are also very helpful

wifi did not work at all

which is a shame as i don't watch network cable, but i was able to watch on my tablet, as wifi was really good

clean hotel ni ce bar bed was very comfy and bedding was so crisp and white

to hang your clothes, lamp next to the bed as well as possibility to charge your mobile, wifi was working well

a fire alarm due to some issue in the breakfast room but we can't blame the property

the kitchen and bathroom was well equipped

spacious, good sized impressive kitchen with complete appliances, spotlessly clean, great location near high street and train

breakfast was lovely, although each day i did have to explain i was a genius at booking

the breakfast wasn t very good. the scrambled were awful. no oats.

no power for one whole day, no backup power provided, no wifi, no emergency lights

the overnight bar was always well-stocked

breakfast was basic but more than enough for me

i like that lots of amenities are thrown into the price such as air con, wifi and breakfast

the bar ran out of many items, and a delivery never arrived

i would have liked the room to be a little cheaper and the wifi to be stronger

staff very friendly and helpful with directions to the golf

for breakfast explained it would be room service due to coronavirus hsve us a firm to make our breakfast choices and we wasn't given

the staff were wonderful, the food and room service was perfect and in all, it made our stay feel like a relaxing mini holiday rather than

kids loved the pool and the hotel room was spacious and modern

for our needs was perfect for a party at local golf club but would otherwise have to reason to stay in central croydon

the atmosphere is super good and the breakfast is

staff reminded us that they were there to help and that there was a gym and laundry

everything works without any extra charges, cordial staff is always available, and there is free laundry downstairs

on the edge of epsom down's racecourse and golf course

gym and sauna needs improvement as it used by the golf club as well ,

very helpful, storing bags and golf clubs and calling taxi for us.

only thing we would change is a better option for kids sleeping

bed comfortable and room extremely clean and early check in wasn't a problem

we dined in the cloisters & the terrace as well as having room service frequently

had room service in the morning full english breakfast was not good and freezing cold

service quality was generally exceptional and the time at the bar very enjoyable

health spa, although nice got quite busy with kids (but it was bank holiday) which no one was policing and the men's changing rooms were messy, (+) there's a lot for kids to do both at the hotel and in the area, so it's great for families (+)room, friendly and helpful staff great service for the kids (-) fortunately though the kids were served faster and could eat before we got there in the end (+) our room was also of good size so it was good as we had kids with us, also we really enjoyed the fact that there was air conditioning in our room as there (+)friendly staff, brilliant health centre, good kids entertainment in area nearby, great afternoon

i went to the bar and the lady there said i'd be able to order room service via the app

they called us to the room at 11 am to tell us that we should check out at 11. slow wifi.

wifi was virtually unusable and given the poor phone signal in the area this was a huge issue for

all was good, especially the pool
