we checked in, we stayed in our coats and boots for a good hour before the room warmed up, the spa tub was just a regular jet tub, nothing

not mind to pay extra for a late check out but wish they didn't knock on my door while i was asleep to pay right there and

there a few times and the staff still remembers my kids and i makes it feel like a home away from

but the room smells terrible the sheets were very dirty i know it wasn’t wash it smells bad my kids didn’t sleep with the smell it was so bad bathroom sink was not working etc but we got there

was gross kids screaming through the halls and staff didnt seem to care kept up all night tournament next

pool wasn't open due to repairs, but the gym was well maintained

we have to travel to kitchener every year at this time, and we will definitely stay here again

best value in kitchener. super friendly staff. nice rooms and a the breakfast was so good.

bad thing i can say is the pool is small and because of covid19 the hot tub was not

my granddaughters were very happy, especially with the pool.

my husband and son enjoyed the pool and i used the gym
