thing i could think to mention is that the parking lot was not properly shoveled and i almost slipped a couple times

issue is not knowing handicap entry is in underground parking, there should be a sign at the main entrance parking

were forced to park at the basement because parking spaces in front of the hotel were roped off for an event the following day
