at the end of the hotel, it was very quiet and no noise issues, except for people using the laundry from 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs

shuttle service is really convenient and the staff is really nice

we loved their mezzanine area where the bar and restaurant were located.

no beach towels available, couldn't use gym for renovations, try to extend but doubles were no longer

there wasn't a pool for the families that were staying there, but there is a gym

if i recall correctly, i had a problem to find some appropriate tv channel for the kids, too - but then, it's not a hotel for kids, i guess

they don’t provide soap for the spa bath room at least something travel size for the customer

the staff were really helpful and freindly and allowed for an early check in.

the staff was very friendly and accommodated my needs to help me out regarding early check in

one elevator was broken, the hallway was hot. kids were playing soccer in the hallway.
