excellent buffet breakfast, easy parking, could not have been better

thing i could think to mention is that the parking lot was not properly shoveled and i almost slipped a couple times

more salt and sand on the ice outside, in the parking lot would of been

were forced to park at the basement because parking spaces in front of the hotel were roped off for an event the following day

the pool wasn’t heated! lol but it was a great place!

stay at the viana the facility is clean and well maintained they have an excellent restaurant and bar and the bed is above and beyond

room was dirty, the carpet was coming up in the room and kids kept tripping on it

didn't work well, only had 4 floors but elevator ran slow, kids brought swim gear but pool was closed
