awful hair in our bed before we had even slept in it and hair in the shower was told there was room service but
water pressure and shower. sumeya (?) a room service worker was kind and professional.
room service forgot to leave shampoo and shower gel had to ask myself for them

i liked the breakfast, everything there: fresh bread, salted butter, cheese, cereal for kids, pastry selection
the roof top pool is a real treat and the kids loved it as a wind down after a day out
