i was having dinner with my kids and we passed closing hours without noticing
was facing open skies so we could see the plane take off or coming in to land, great to keep the kids occupied

good gym, but there could have been more free weights. great location.

there might be an insulation in the swimming pool so everybody even kids can enjoy
i had to ask for complementaries, pool was great but maybe slightly small for families with kids

i have requested a small plate and glass for the kids they came with the plate, glass and pdq to pay 5 euros
i like the gym and the bathroom as a bath tub witch is very practical when you travel with kids

we had 2 rooms on 2 different floors (one for kids and other for us) and same issue in both the rooms
the toilet seat had a stain on it. and there was some bad smell in the kitchen area.

there was a family with screaming kids that started running in the hallway at 8am.
it's not appropriate and safe that kids or old people stay apart from family in different floors

stayed in the junior suite with 2 kids and it was spacious
was travelling in a party of 7 people 2 adults, 2 kids and 3 elders, i made a reservation for 5 adults and 2
were on the 13th floor so was a bit worried opening the windows to let fresh air in with little kids in the room
an issue of health & safety with my young grandkids
there is no pantry in the room which makes uncomfortable situation with little kids.
