the provision of ev charging was very much appreciated with space available each time i needed it

aztec room was really good for the kids there was a treasure hunt around the room

the parking lot is too dark at night, and the signs to exit are too small for a first time visitor

breakfast room service did not arrive on time which made us rush a little as we had to leave for an

was able to get an early check in at 10am which was greatly appreciated after 24 hours of travelling although the

laundry room - so useful. really easy to walk to from the tube.
