the provision of ev charging was very much appreciated with space available each time i needed it

because we had treatments then we used the pool etc for free and this hotel is definitely not for kids unfortunately no kids pool would be very boring stay for

room wasn't until 4 30pm , pillows , room service took over 1 hour

coffee bar didn t open until 6 or 7am, which seemed a little late for being an airport hotel

early check in to our room which was very much appreciated

any time of the day/night, self-laundry option/proximity to hatton cross station the 24/7 gym with

easy to access, a self-service laundry, price was great.
