service by the pool was super slow

the grounds were beautiful and the golf course, while overall an average course, did have 4 amazing and memorable holes

wifi is very poor - so not ideal when travelling on business

i would expect an ev charger that is working with a bank card, or can be paid at the reception

imagine how excited my kids were when they could eat unlimited pancakes and waffles (one at a time) at the hilton garden (+) it had a lovely adult and healthy kids menu (-)everything was great. free breakfast for kids is wonderful. (+) love the 2 double bed room, perfect for me and y 2 young kids, was able to get a well rested sleep in my own bed before a long flight (+)beyond to make sure we were comfortable and that my daughter had everything she needed such as a kids menu, treats here and there etc (+)to heathrow terminal 4 long stay car park and terminal is great and my kids were give complimentary goodies upon arrival (+)small toys for the kids (+)friendly, helpful and understanding staff (with kids always difficult to find right rooms & booking didn't go as we had hoped (+)kids friendly location
