second time we stayed there with our kids, everything was super clean, kids were able to use the pool, and the staff was very friendly at all time

kitchenette faucet head popped off (30-second fix, no big deal) strong fish smell in the hallway

i liked the staff at the breakfast and thought it was clean and organized

free ev charging was great, convenient, and a lifesaver (perhaps the best part of the stay)

beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious, the gym was well-equipped and breakfast was delicious

pool was under maintenance second day of our stay, breakfast isn’t free.

how big was the sofa bed and they told me was a full bed but it really was a twin bed where my kids didn’t fit

beds were like a home away from home, the pool is heated and they have no problem turning it up for you, close to lots of stores, bar located

the pool wasn’t open i traveled for my daughters birthday & the girls were highly upset they

addition to that a bag of trash was left in our room one day also, while we really did like the gym, the yoga mats are very worn out

hotel to explore upper west side, friendly staff, huge rooms with nice beds, clean gym with nice selection of equipment
