only thing that i can’t say i didn’t like but, would have been a plus is the pool wasn’t open

the fitness room had over 7 kids in there playing with the equipment with no chaperones.

breakfast was great

breakfast sausage and eggs were not edible

nice people at the reception: they were accommodating us with our request of an early check in, even if unfortunately we got a room at the ground floor

very spacious rooms pool was amazing nice and warm it was pet friendly

liked the open concept of the room. the gym was great location was exceptional for shopping

everything was perfect and i love that they have a bar and a pool table

that the swimming pool was cold and not heated and that they don't have complimentary breakfast.

the kids were a bit bummed they couldn't swim, but we played at their pool table instead

the room excellent love the kitchen with everything in it felt like home

dining area could be bigger during breakfast rush.

central location, and nice sized suites with full kitchen.

and my family loved staying in the suite with the spa bath and kitchenette

we had two queen suites and were very impressed- a full kitchen with a dishwasher

the living area was spacious, as were the bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom, which made the stay feel comfortable and well thought out

we really enjoyed the room and the location! we didn't eat breakfast.

most of laundry applies wasn't work

hotel is excellent, clean, people are helpful , it is a great location and includes breakfast

complete kitchen facitly, love the refrigerator, too

hotel was a great location,near the sojo spa (5 min by drive) walking distance to nice restaurants and shopping

i payed 4 breakfast but that man told me that i have only 2 and i have to pay 2 more if i want my kids eat

they were consuming alcohol and it was just not appropriate for a family with kids it was disgusting the people were drunk, dancing inappropriately i had a 4 yr old and a 10 yr

the view is also great from the lounges and the outdoor pool

the kids are not allowed in the pool at the hotel

gym access was great, but it was filled with

the fact that kids can't use the pool at all

the bar was always booked and was not family friendly

their slogan whatever whenever obviously doesn t apply to room service requests

the bar downstairs is pretty good too and the hotel is surrounded by our many good bars in

coffee bar in room with nespressso machine made the morning start great, nice shower

two times that i ordered room service, the food was either undercooked, under seasoned or stale

great location, the hotel gym is well equipped. beds are very comfortable.

elevators took ages to arrive small gym view was not very nice.

live entertainment in the bar on weekends

morning coffee shop and evening jazz bar were a delightful surprise

gym needs updating and had some mold and rust on equipment

the gym needs an upgrade.

the janitor sent their laundry up and down the elevator with nobody in it so we couldn’t use it
