really looks after its guests, we were able to get a last minute reservation at the hotel bar which had an incredible view

art from oliver in the bar) there 3 small examples: laundry back late they forgot my morning call and the car i booked and confirmed was going to the

used glasses left on the table since day one, old bed blankets and covers for the second kids bed

for late checkout they charged us over $300 each, breakfast for 2 adults and 2 kids was over $120

we arrived early and were able to get early check in

stayed in a 1 bedroom suite with our 2 kids

out of hot water one day. room service was slow.

breakfast, very comfortable bed, but best of all was the open lounge with coffee bar which was available after vacating room, so you could still use hotel facilities before

i enjoyed the gym facilities, breakfast had lots of choices and the breakfast room was big so never felt crowded

to me and within a few hours i received the refund there are several left quick and easy the kitchen was wonderful

didn t like making two of our kids stay in their own

room and other facilities were always clean and a decent gym on the upper floor was also a great bonus

room service but i m being picky

asked at the front desk for a late check out paying for an extra charge and was roughly informed that it was not available

at 11:00 on a friday night during fashion week and although there were plenty of people in the bar/ lounge area upstairs both the waiter and manager said they were closing

expensive. no swimming pool for kids (maybe swimming pool is not necessary in nyc).
