we came in an electric car, so the ev charging point was very welcome

we could also use the pool if we wanted to and everything exceeded my expectations

room service and cleaning was not up to scratch

from front desk helped us to find more places to visit, all facilities are great including parking

it’s charm and history and period touches and it had ev charging points for customers

great location, dog friendly, free ev charging, friendly and helpful staff.

the food (room service and breakfast service) was excellent (-) we were told there were information sheets in the bedrooms informing us that we had to request a room service and that we had also been told on arrival (-)than the comment above about the breakfast, you had to ask for room service which i don't expect in a four star hotel (+) room service available at no extra charge (-)room service for the 4 night stay (-)room service, no cleaning (-)no room service as advertised. a big big no no. (-) room service felt half complete

best part of the hotel for us was the pool; we had the pool to ourselves every day of our stay
