wifi reception is not always good

poor, very hot, had to phone staff to get heating turned off wanted room service, kitchen closed by 8

delightful and as we were a group of 12 with 4 young children nothing was too much trouble, the kids loved the swimming pool & the tree house

the indoor pool is great for kids learning to swim

the gym, sauna, swimming pool, fires,

made extra effort to arrange the room for early check in and with flowers

loved the extra touches, organic local products, honesty bar and tea and cake on arrival

the honesty bar downstairs was also a nice touch

the bar has a limited choice, but operates on an honesty box, which reflects the trust that management

nice room,comfy bed,lovely breakfast,friendly helpful staff,well situated for all amenities.

next to brockenhurst college so parents park in car park waiting for kids and generally a bit hectic at 9 and 4 but this is just a minor informative comment that

the food served in the restaurant was excellent, and there was a nice atmosphere in the bar and restaurant

thing for us, was that our room was right above the bar so at night it was a little noisy however this was only until about 11/11

well presented rooms, nice bar and restaurant.

it is only 5 minutes walk from the town centre, has good parking and an ev charger (a rarity in the new forest apparently) (+)the car park had ev charges.
