assistance in cancelling part of a joint booking with another customer the young man in the pool was professional in dealing with a tricky swimmer

very nice bar food & breakfast, wonderful old parts of the hall

for me, the wifi is a bit patchy and the tv in telford a pain yo turn on and off

wifi was poor at busy times

it's a shame the front of the hall has now been ruined by lots of glaring parking signs that are probably unnecessary

a bigger bar with somewhere to sit outside as the weather was very warm.

huge bathrooms to boot which is great when bathing kids

i was afforded an early check in for which i was extreemly grateful

an early check in time of 2pm was very handy, and self check out just as convenient

had e mails to deal with and the internet in the lounge bar was more adequate had guests join me for dinner

at something, it would be the location - nothing really else within walking distance like another bar or pub late at night so would need to drive or a taxi

we had honeymoon suite which was really comfortable excellent tv, wifi

staff were a little patronising, felt targeted as were told need help kids as grown women and as we look young for 25 year old women, it felt a long process

good value, i really like the kids bed is a proper comfortable bed, not a sofa bed.
