bar closed early, receptionist cancelled my taxi almost causing me to miss my plane

i had to go downstairs to get them because there is no room service

was very disappointing because we wanted to order dinner but they told us that they don't have room service for

and there was nothing available to eat the cafeteria was closed from 14:00 to 20:00 ditto for room service :-(
