the laundry room is open throughout the night as well

hot and cold running water air conditioning/heat refrigerator in room ice (free) laundry room!

onsite pay washing machines and dryers plus some vending machines and a microwave in the laundry room

kids loved fresh baked cookies at checkin. room size was comfortable and spacious

no room service due to covid - no extra toilet paper, had to ask for towels and everything.

we watched the football game monday night, they have tvs in the bar and restaurant

we checked in friday evening there was a room service tray outside a door in the hallway

breakfast was good. very clean room and common areas. pool and jacuzzi were very good.

my room overlooked the pool and was quiet, and a big plus for me was that it had windows that opened letting in the cool

also couldn't find any laundry room and we also didnt manage to call reception anyway

should have microwave in the lobby and another washer and dryer.24hr laundry available.

the laundry facilities were reasonably priced and clean

loved the free breakfast and free parking

time, we used the hotel pool and jacuzzi, which jacuzzi was out of order for some reason

i also loved the breakfast options & gym

understand that due to co-vid 19, there were no pool allow

the breakfast is great. location is convenient. we can find restaurants in 20 minutes.

the facilities are great (decent size pool, hot tub, golf putting green, basketball, workout room, fire pit)

it also has a little library for kids to explore and even to take the book away (option to return book at other chain hotel (+) kids loved it so much they felt like home (+)was the perfect location for the soccer tournament across the street and had a nice pool for the kids

a/c was noisy and the guest laundry wasn't the greatest

a mom, i didn’t love that the two ada lifts were blocking my view of the pool from the hot tub

would have liked pool but understand why!!!

the individuals at the front desk and the bar along with the people serving food were amazing.

burger the burger thr burger and that i could view the warriors game at the bar or in my room

hotel is not big but has everything, the pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, steam room, etc

no room service during our stay due to the high volume of people staying at the hotel.

it's quiet with a nice surrounding complex and pool with a good amount of parking
