ed is an awesome owner, very accommodating, thanks ed for the early check in approval

the location was very close to several malls, mini golf/arcade and the sapp center

is the coolest hotel but i think a little overpriced lots of college kids also but it’s a great hotel you won’t be

the outage made it impossible for me to work from home as well as very difficult for my kids to attend school online

heated pool, i stayed 2 different times, the first time, i had a deluxe room and its location was better

it was quite but breakfast would be nice

pool was closed for repair, but we knew that when we booked.

is typical of hotels which offer breakfast, there is nothing (except for coffee) offered early for those who leave for the airport

all the staff were warm and welcoming, esp the bar staff who gave us lots of recommendations of places to go on our californian road trip

gym was so small room was so old this hotel should be three star hotel not four start

didn't have breakfast, it was only a buffet and a little expensive for what i eat in the morning

my spouse was snarkily asked if he wanted to pay for the two bananas he chose at the breakfast bar when i was in our room recovering from a surgery

til 1/1:30 for weekends and a 24 hr cvs and liked the rooms and it s bathroom and nice clean gym

they have no food, no bar ,no maid service ,it seems they should let that slide

if you had room service it was unknown to me and maybe the staff should let the guests know that when you

tv was on the side wall and not in front of the bed, wifi was horrible, tv kept losing connection and i had to turn the wifi off to use my phone or it

given drink voucher and or breakfast voucher for resturant bar or continental breakfast in the morning

the bar is nice, the food at the restaurant is really good

room service was quick because i asked for extra towels

we were accomodated for 1 hr early check in

only complaint was that there was a 30 minute late check out
