was exceptional from the minute we arrived, rooms were spotless and gorgeous restaurant and bar on site

it was so clean and parking was plenty full

staff accomadated me with my kids

kids meals in the restaurant were extortionately priced

the family room was amazing so much space for kids. pancakes for breakfast was a hit.

when i rang asking for an early check in there was no problem. they were great to deal with

major issue i had was a combination of the hotel being a dead spot for my phone data, while the wifi was also

miss the swimming pool. the gravel can be noisy beside the stables.

my trip to the spa was exceptional

only thing missing is a swimming pool but the outdoor hot tub was really enjoyable.

as the wifi was dodgy it also stop/started which was irritating

i spoke to the staff and management have big plans to introduce improvements, infinity pool for example

the wifi was very bad is the only problem i have i give it 5 stars.ud83dude0eud83eudd8b

the bar and restaurant were lively but family friendly and our room overlooked a very nice outdoor

bar was a very great place to stay

no wifi in room bit noisy by smoking area as room was located there

hotel very clean and everyone was friendly booked twin room very clean and had room service everyday great

breakfast was not available on sunday morning

they also have a free parking for their guests

food was good friendly staff parking was good

there was way to many kids running up and down as the parents clearly let them do what they wanted and yes that

met a lovely lady that worked in the bar only works weekends and only started in june or july of last year

were staying on ground floor near enough to reception, we connected to wifi in the room on our phones but

the hotel is based in a nice quiet location, plenty of parking available on site. good wifi.

like to compliment all staff at moyvalley and if i may especially cathleen you received us at breakfast because

watching the golf

s got golf spa gym snooker tables great walks 100s of acres of land, beautiful trees great restaurants and

peaceful and so much history - fascinating to see the old stoves still retained in the bar area

the spa was fabulous

was a funny smell in our room the fire alarm was set off around 4am and there was kids screaming in the corridors

it is easy to find plenty of parking and the spa was great

breakfast buffet area very squished, i felt there was a lot of people around bread and toast area

down fall was the room service menu, wasn t great

relaxation area in spa needs redecorated and updated hotel is a bit tired looking in places bar food was

only problem was room service took over an hour to come up but the food was amazing

loved everything disappointed the residence bar was closed at the same time as restaurant due to covid even with

wifi and phone coverage poor even in public

no room service at gate lodge and no air con in room

no wifi in the cottages made it difficult to work in the evening.

wifi non existent, added to poor mobile signal makes for a disaster

will definitely come back to try the food as we only had breakfast as dinner completely booked in bar and

very clean and comfortable and the location for us, could walk in to town, there was music in the bar and there

clean. friendly, spacious, good parking etc.

great location for both punchestown racing and k club golf

breakfast staff were very grumpy not a pleasent smile on any of their faces

no coverage or wifi tv not working

just a night away from kids for sleep, but i'd not recommend it to my friends for a fancy weekend etc

staff at reception, bar, breakfast room and hair salon were warm and friendly and made us feel so welcome

we felt the prices may have been out of our range however, we subquently found out that there was bar located

breakfast was lovely and so was service
