service in the bar restaurant was so fast the male manager on duty was 100% go the whole time

myself and my friend got a very early check in at 11:30 without even having to ask

behind me, they he seemed eager to offer them help with bags, they were a family of mum dad and kids and as a single mum i felt i was deliberately ignored as possibly not as important to him

have to highly commend our waitress aoife in the blaney bar for her exceptional service

also, when asked a question, she said 2 minutes without lifting her head to us as if we were her kids

exceptional we immediately booked to return in november with our kids

extra for a lakeview suite and they don't offer room service too these suites
