liked the comforting feeling the hotel decor provided, and the great on-site facilities (pool, gym etc)

wifi could be better

loved no stairs and easy on-site parking

the yard was a but small for parking and reversing in

we were told there was complimentary wifi which would not work in the room

my two sons are 8+4 there was a great kids club in

beautiful castle and grounds.food in the golf club very good too.

we especially enjoyed the castle bar - francois and andrew were very welcoming and friendly, and francois'

there was a bar on the ground floor and excellent dining rooms on the first floor

our dinner was amazing and our breakfast was fabulous

stay in a castle room with view of the walled gardens and golf course

there was a distinct lack of information available as regards parking, the items provided in the mini bar and

lovely old victorian style with fireplace in bedroom

also having parking in a major town was a big plus too

who was warm and helpful and arranged a taxi for us, the next morning we had a lovely home cooked breakfast

property, good car parking, elegant clean and comfortable room and beautiful breakfast

from the staff on check in, to bar staff, spa therapists, restaurant staff - all were exceptional, very friendly

the staff were brilliant and made such a fuss of the kids, they couldn t do enough for you

great hotel with gorgeous foyer and a cosy bar and restaurant to the side, we had a nice meal in the bar
