wifi did not reach as far as our room (220) which made it very hard and frustrating as we booked

more atmosphere in the bar or maybe change the layout.

thing was that it was july and the leisure centre was full of families and kids which made swimming not very

the food we were served in the bar was overcooked or preheated and it was warm not hot

temperature of the pool was a little cold for the perishers like myself.

free parking if you have a car but you can also reach the city centre with buses, the bus stop is

were incredibly friendly and helpful allowed early check in and late check out, separate from the restaurant

hotel was beautiful with many high end feature, but the layout including the spa, gym, felt disjointed

breakfast was lovely and the whole stay, my first stay in a hotel since the pandemic and it felt

on ground floor so brilliant fir our 98 year old granny & toddler children but the best breakfast about and the

wifi is not good.

my colleague deemed it the best breakfast he has ever had

liked the comforting feeling the hotel decor provided, and the great on-site facilities (pool, gym etc)

family room was very very small for 3 kids n 2 adults
