laundry service is very expensive, i would suggest adding a laundry room for hotel guests food in

no phone signal in my room and week wifi

pleasant stay from start to finish, great staff especially the girls in the bar never waited or wanted for

didnt seem to be room service available, and there was mould on the ceiling & in the air vent

the hotel that is considered the castle didn t like the overflowing garbage receptacle in the parking lot

no coffee or tea facilities in the room. room service not encouraged and very expensive.

receptionist was not very accommodating and very rude and wifi wasn t the best either

the wifi network couldn't be detected by my phone in this area (it was ok in communal areas of the

facilities-gym and pool were clean and well equipped

our stay in the keadeen we ordered room service and a couple of hours later my partner who is 8 months pregnant

had 4 kids with us the kids were running around but didnt appreciate the comment from staff that said our

i left the cups out with the hopes that room service would wash or replace them and they did not

have stayed here a few times and each time staff have been wonderful and patient towards 3 kids running about

the yard was a but small for parking and reversing in

our room was gorgeous. our dinner in the bar was delicious and the staff were really exceptional

no phone reception in the area and the wifi wasn't working very well for all of us.
