i'll be back with the wife and kids

we enjoyed the clean and well maintained pool, outdoor jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, gym and spa facilities

the wifi was really bad

facilities and staff were amazing, the room was beautiful, breakfast excellent and bar staff very attentive and friendly

parking on site with no extra cost

the girls behind the bar were please and attentive

wasn't much for he kids to do (as far as i could see) but since that wasn't the purpose of our visit it wasn't a huge

kids running the halls all night and a drunk man banging the door for almost 2 hours

steak sandwich at bar was brilliant

and hotel manager mo is an absolute gentleman makes me and my kids feel very welcome

only thing i can say is the pool area can be a little loud with kids at some times, and there should be a cold shower available for when you’re done in the steam

cj in the spa did a fabulous massage and brian the dedicated concierge who is clearly very passionate about

for example, the gold room is where you have breakfast

pool was open to public , not ideal for a 5 star hotel , sauna was packed and kids jumping around the pool

the quality of food and service at breakfast and dinner was exceptional

the ambience was superb. i always relax when i come to your hotel i also enjoy your golf course

was not working , i had to open window , it was very noisy at the morning ,wifi keeps

only sandwichs available after 9pm for room service

the food was lovely, i looked forward to my breakfast in the morning

door shuddered so had to wedge booklet under the door to keep it still my son in law ordered room service one night and was given a sandwich with moulds bread

atmosphere was very relaxing the bar was fantastic
