unfortunately, the weather prevented us from using it and the pool facilities

i was able to get an early check in and the pool was very nice

out of the tub even with the curtain closed, causing a potential slip hazard, pancake maker at breakfast kept requiring maintenance to reload and

staff was courteous, friendly and very pleased to help especially during the breakfast hours

facilities, excellent gym, pool and a filling breakfast with many options

and wifi would disconnect everytime the phone was closed, all the procces had to be done again

the gym could have more free weights and benches.

the hotel staff wrote us a nice letter, had our cribs set up, and stuffed seals for the kids

majestic restaurant is amazing, but room service was not as readily available as i would have liked

the breakfast had lots of options, and the dining room was elegant and full of charm

pros: - location is convenient (a block away from muni, middle-income laundry and cafes, 2 blocks away from the hospital and pharmacy)

the theme for the hotel is excellent, the lobby is a bar / stage

staff were super friendly, i liked the amenities room, the bathrooms, the showers, the bar area and the music

i wish the bar was open in the morning for a bloody mary or mimosa but no

true to the area and it’s unique charm and the staff were super kind and accommodating for an early check in

also, there is a daycare right next door so you wake up to the sound of little kids

elevator (old, the door is not safe for kids)

the allowed me to park my big truck in their temporary parking overnight, since i arrived

even the charming sight and sounds of the little kids playing in their outside day care center's playground visible from outside my 3rd floor room

building and while our windows were overlooking a gorgeous view of the bay bridge, the screaming kids are a million times worse than the traffic on broadway
