our bedroom was really close to the laundry facility and we could hear some noise in the morning

were a couple of spots in the actual hotel room where the wifi didn't work

there were a couple of kids running and jumping beside me and in the hall.

expect that from drury managed hotels, maintenance man told us if we need anything let him know, pet friendly

the parking & accessible room made for a very enjoyable stay for my 86 yr old mother

thing, the underground parking was great, it was raining a lot and this made unloading so much better

dated; stained bed skirt; needs a facelift. gym very dated, poorly ventilated

the gym was gorgous and the illy coffee in the room along with ceramic cups was a bonus

room service is easy to order and speedy.

complimentary drinks for adults and kids. was nice after long day at the zoo!

she also informed us that there were a lot of kids on our floor and asked if that was ok with us

love the 5:30 kickbacks, popcorn and sodas. this hotel is perfect for trips with kids.

walgreens and the beautiful shaw neighborhood (we walked the dog and enjoyed the houses) my three kids loved

was extremely clean, staff was friendly, and parking garage on basement level for hotel guests was a nice perk

also, buttons on our remote didn t work and the wifi sucked

didn't like the idea that there was a full kitchen, but no glasses, dishes, nor cookware

i couldn't get the wifi to work

until laundry day to swap out towels, youll have to wash them yourself
