i called the front desk to request a nw one and the guy told me it would be a few hours because laundry had just went

i was told about how to best utilize the laundry and where to park, so i could keep an eye on my car

the staff was very helpful and i like that my dog was welcome without a pet fee

only wanted to sleep, shower, wash some laundry

staff, food, cleanliness, pool, everything was fabulous! would definitely stay here again

only thing i didn’t like was how there’s no other way to get to the pool or back to your room from the pool without walking through the lobby full of people other than

the gym and pool are great with towels

it started raining when my kids are in the pool and lightning we were told we had to get out

too many kids running through the halls with any supervision.

only thing is i’m not sure it had a hot tub or an indoor pool

they didn’t advertise the pool was an outdoor pool and i was expecting to get in a pool

staff was wonderful the rooms were vary clean and there were shows for my kids to watch will definitely stay again

parking, friendly staff, and clean rooms stood out but the dinner and breakfast served were very good too

couldn’t hear kids in the hall running around or highway noise

construction had an entire parking lot closed

spending another night so we could have made full use of the fitness room and indoor-outdoor pool

traveling with 2 little kids, we had milk and fruit and cheese sticks etc and it didn't all fit in the fridge

pool was small, but only one other person was in there so no big deal

those beds were so comfortable and i liked the breakfast and the place was clean the staff was friendly

departure was too early for breakfast but the eating area was clean and well maintained

the hotel was decorated nicely, i used the gym several times and the breakfast offerings and times were notable

i also didn t know the pool would be open already

no one answering the phone for room service sunday morning

i prefer an indoor pool.

room service was a huge plus, and the pool and outdoor terrace area was very nice

the pool is inside and outside my daughter and i had a blast in the pool

no dirty laundry bag to take our dirty clothes home in

food was good kids like the snacks

the pool/spa closing so early.

our only problem was a family with noisy and unruly kids in the room next to ours.

some really hyper kids but that not the hotel fault

the bar inside the hotel wasn’t open on weekends which was odd

the bar and breakfast area were closed due to covid. i understandably but a big bummer.

kitchen staff were very accommodating for special needs

we didn't eat at the hotel but there was a bar and lobby area that had ample and comfortable seating to eat, drink and lounge
