elevator smelt like dogs, the laundry for guest was on the 4th floor and the gym was on the 3rd floor

the pool area was nice and the breakfast selections were great

king/spa room was amazing (super comfy bed)

the pool and hot tub were conveniently located and kept very clean

one thing i disliked,was the fact that on the site it says there are laundry facilities (at an extra cost), but when i went down to ask where the laundry was located,i

only thing i wish is that there was an indoor pool but besides that i liked it!

the edges of the pool are a little rough. my kids each got scraped on the edges of the concrete.

the breakfast and the kickbacks in the evening were a nice way to save some money on meals

the dinner was an added bonus and the pool and whirlpool were sparkling clean and they open 2 hours before checkout so we had time to

everyone was very friendly! the young kids enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool.

the only grab bar is low, at tub level

the bar inside the hotel wasn’t open on weekends which was odd

we didn't eat at the hotel but there was a bar and lobby area that had ample and comfortable seating to eat, drink and lounge

the bar and breakfast area were closed due to covid. i understandably but a big bummer.

kitchen staff were very accommodating for special needs

the only place to sit is a high bar stool, or a foot stool - again not the best for mature folk

pool was fun. hotel clean and lots of things walkable.

room service was a huge plus, and the pool and outdoor terrace area was very nice

the gym was gorgous and the illy coffee in the room along with ceramic cups was a bonus

room service is easy to order and speedy.

in town for a funeral and they allowed an early check in

a map of the the motel so it did take me a minute to find the ice machine that was located in the laundry room, but not a huge deal

i liked the bar onsite. i loved the access to the outside through the balcony.

we only stayed 1 night for an event close by but we used the pool and fitness room

did a great job accommodating early check in requests and late check out as needed for a very large group

when we used it the first time there were 2 barrels full of dirty laundry and stinky garbage

me and my family went to the pool and it was so nice and quiet we were the only ones their it was just wonderful
