it was so pleasant and convenient to have hot breakfast plus hot dinner included with room charge

there were not enough towels in the room, no extra blankets, no laundry bags

had a laundry room. great when on vacation.

i was on the 3rd floor towards the end of the hall, there was a laundry and someone was drying clothes with lots of buttons (or whatcit seemed like) until at least

moved us into another room and it was not cleaned dirty laundry and towels and the tub was filthy

front desk was incredibly helpful with instructing me how and where to park and was so kind after such a long and hard day

way to be sure we felt welcome, gushed over our dogs and helped us to park our car with u-haul trailer safely
