we came during spring break so the pool was packed

the gym was frustrating. no staff to assist with media issues arising there

wifi was terrible and never loaded anything so although they offer streaming it never works

besides the fact we believe we were right below a laundry room

the gym had very old machines that were pretty dirty

of the rooms face an indoor enclosed area with the pool, gym, and food and drinks

the breakfast was good.the pool was fun.the gym was nice and the staff was great.

the gym could be better equipped.

on the 6th floor, which had a balcony that overlooked the 5th floor, where the dining area, gym, and pool area

pool was a little small but that didn't stop us from enjoying it

he even gave the kids alittle gift bag

has lots of charm, great location , excellent italian restaurant , plus free breakfast and 5:30

kids loved the trains/station decor

of four, the breakfast and kick back evening food was wonderful-great selection for adults and kids and staff

we asked for a late check out and they gave us an extra hour, free of charge

the fitness center is small, but just what you need to hold you over till you get to your gym

rooms a little dated, but very clean. construction next door woke the kids in the early morning.

the enclosed outdoor spaces was nice for our kids to get out and run

the king room was not sufficient for 2 adults and 2 kids

we needed more pillows and the staff had no key for housekeeping so one of our kids didn't have a pillow

not an area i would recommend for a family to stay, and they don't have a pool or anything for kids to do once

the bed was soft and the wifi worked well

opened the room for early check in.

i felt comfortable in the large parking area, numerous cameras around for security

never have to get bothered for housekeeping if you have a room payed for and also u get laundry on site for

the breakfast selection was awesome.

gym was tiny dark because lights were not working

did not get room service during my 8 day stay

it is arrogant and rude, just a pet peeve of mine

my kids also kept telling me the hall smelled like spoiled milk

walgreens and the beautiful shaw neighborhood (we walked the dog and enjoyed the houses) my three kids loved

happy hour and breakfast

i estimate saving $50 by utilizing the nightly kickback and breakfast for meals for the kids

good gym and swimming pool facilities and evening snacks and drinks in the lobby, laundry facilities

it is pet friendly, so naturally there was some barking heard at times.

the bar inside the hotel wasn t open on weekends which was odd

enjoyed the free parking for guest offered by courtyard

but the pool was beautiful and having poolside waitstaff was wonderful

not that i didn t like it, there was just no wow factor other than the gym

our only problem was a family with noisy and unruly kids in the room next to ours.

the breakfast and the kickbacks in the evening were a nice way to save some money on meals

up there was stains on the bed spread, the motel had alot of inappropriate activity in the parking lot

had to pay for wifi and no micro wave

perhaps there weren t cheaper ones but the parking lot wasn t too full

key card for fitness center wouldn't work, had to get concierge to open it for me

breakfast was good too, had a choice of eggs, potatoes, smoked sausage cut up, waffles and oatmeal

room was clean and breakfast was good

parking was good. breakfast was unremarkable, i don't remember it.

the pool area was perfect

clean. staff was amazing. enjoyed the hot breakfast and kickback.

00 for pet is a little

sometimes the parking at night got a little difficult as well

breakfast and dinner with drinks i was able to get my kids together and have a couple drinks
