done since the current owners took over and it was very clean and tidy everywhere, be it the bar, breakfast room/coffee lounge or restaurant

the leisure facilities were perfect, a small but well-equipped gym, sauna, steam and lovely pool and jacuzzi with plenty of natural light and windows to the trees

it's also the first time i've had to wait in a bar area on arrival whilst rooms are checked

spa was nice but had a lot of kids playing so not so relaxing

no room service when we got back in around 2am so had to wait for an uber take away to deliver

as i was working over the weekend i stayed there i never got to use the gym or the pool or any of the spa facilities there

also, there was no second chair, which made eating after ordering room service difficult

no biscuits in room or room service offered

arrived we were kindly upgraded and could use the pool and were given a complimentary drink and breakfast

i was there, there is no room service available but i was redirected to their bar, where you can order your food and you

changing rooms were a tad weird toilet where could of been changing area locked if with kids

the games room was also a bonus, my kids enjoyed playing pool
