the pool isn’t working

pool broken, ac leaking, no hot water, dead insects in original room, lots of dogs, no restaurants

we booked hotel because in the pic it showed it had a pool

wifi only works around the front desk and it was 4 of us staying in 1 room and maids would only

as i told one of the managers a longer ladder into the pool would be better

pictures though technically accurate of the room where deceptive in that pictures of kitchenettes and sitting rooms interspersed with room pictures led me to believe the rooms were not

i have to mention one thing, i think it's a little shame that the included breakfast is a very simple (but well enough breakfast, nothing is wrong with it) and then they have

very tasty breakfast
