when they learned our kids were upset that the w5 museum was closed, they gave them a box of chocolates and

first class breakfast with lots of choices available including gluten free section

arrived earlier than check in and could store our bags whilst we went to explore and get some breakfast

have a turn down service which is lovely and the use of the spa is an added bonus here and the gym

it was going to be too late to use it due to travel arrangements after checkout to pick up our kids

room was booked for 2 adults and a teenager sharing however no facilities in place to order room service for

got an upgrade to the samson suite, truly exceptiuonal and staff are amazing from front desk to room service
