wifi didn't work in my room however there was 4g on my phone so no worries

food was excellent.room was large and comfortable with large spa bath. lovely views from hotel.

wifi wasn t good. the signal was weak and couldn t really use it much.

i was advised two days before that the kitchen would be closed on the day of my arrival, it was disappointing

of a group staying but otherwise peace and quiet - we enjoyed the conversations in the communal kitchen with

free wifi / free parking / waterfront location (hence the name) / comfy bed / powerful hot shower / clean

room had wifi and freeview and was clean and comfortable

fabulously clean and fully equipped kitchen, great space to eat and socialise with other guests

there was also access to a kitchen just a few dors down the corridor which had fridge and freezer space as well
