the ability to have early check in

to see if we could get an early check-in before the celebration of life we traveled to attend started

i had called earlier to request early check in at 1pm and that we would need 2 rooms near each other andwas told that would be fine

staff was friendly. did allow and early check in which was a plus

the meeting the early check in and lower level request

we were able to get an early check in for 10am

pillows. elevator. kitchen.

walls needed painting. beds slid. no kitchen utensils.

there was no breakfast

purposely booked room with kitchenette

hotel employee at check in was nice and allowed me early check in.

can do laundry to the blankets too

the kitchen, but had no dishes or utensils.

great rooms, staff was amazing the kitchen was fully functioning would absolutely stay again.

the full fridge and kitchen was a very nice surprise and the staff was very friendly

arrived early after a bit of a rough day and they allowed us an early check in

dirty, pool not available

stained ceilings from leaks,pool was green,no smoke detectors,no fan in bathroom,windows screwed shut,door fixed with tin where

didn't use the pool, but it looked clean too

pool green floor dirty from construction,rugs appeared never cleaned

also paid for the early check in and they got us in before noon

was clean price and reasonable and it had everything that you need eatery exercise pool service was great

kids and i came into town for a show at dte music theatre

no breakfast complimented

i called and got an early check in

breakfast bar supplies were not kept stocked

hospitality/ cleanliness/ 24 hr gym all of the above

i always have enjoyed good service, clean room, and excellent breakfast buffet

staff was great and accomodated us on early check in and late check out

amenities are up to date for the star level and restaurant bar has nice atmosphere

nice lobby and bar area for meetups with my friends

i enjoyed the gym and pool area it was like a sauna

liked the lobby area and fitness/pool area was nice. the location was good. friendly staff.

hotel would not do room blocks for our out of town wedding guests and would not do early check in

great breakfast, excellent accommodations, access to business room, all very good.

the indoor pool and hot tub were the perfect temperatures

was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was very personable and polite, and the breakfast was one of the best i ever had

is 4 pm which was very later, when i arrived i didn t feel well and asked for an early check in but i couldn t get despite of asking for many times

room service was phenomenal and walking distances to everything downtown

the mini bar was restocked fairly promptly

the bar area could be better positioned as a lounge.

the rooms were comfortable, mini bar was stocked and there were robes and slippers in each room

were abel to accommodate my early check in

maids, laundry staff and anyone trying their best to keep this hotel afloat

some rooms the heat doesn’t work and the pool isn’t open my kids would love to get in

only thing i was happy about was an early check in

it was clean it was pretty cheap breakfast in the morning

great staff clean rooms good complementary breakfast

come with fridge and microwave and hot breakfast

weekday breakfast closes too early....at 9am.

i wish there was a pool to really make the hotel an even better hotel
