they were always ontop of their game during service while also joking with us when we were at the bar seeing our relatives that live in town that came to visit

only thing i was happy about was an early check in

the pool was refreshing after a day on the highway driving

some rooms the heat doesn’t work and the pool isn’t open my kids would love to get in

is 4 pm which was very later, when i arrived i didn t feel well and asked for an early check in but i couldn t get despite of asking for many times

i greatly appreciated their professionalism but also their understanding & willing to accommodate early check in without any fuss

ended up coming early into the city, called ahead, they let us do an early check in with no charge

was thankful and glad that the staff accomodated me and my girlfriend to allow us an early check in

met many other couples that attended the concert and we had a wonderful time in the comfortable bar area/library enjoying cocktails

was amazing, including the coffee lady, the front desk staff, and the bar staff

the bartenders at the candy bar were the best!

the location was perfect and the candy bar and ash bar were great

great shuttle service, early check in, friendly service

was friendly and you get a free shuttle to where you want to go and back to the hotel

the free shuttle within a three mile radius.
