hotel would not do room blocks for our out of town wedding guests and would not do early check in

pool pristine and perfect temperature

clean, safe, nice staff, good breakfast, parking right outside.

my daughter loved the pool

liked the full kitchen and sofa

that pool wasn’t open and we wanted that

the meeting the early check in and lower level request

staff was friendly. did allow and early check in which was a plus

to see if we could get an early check-in before the celebration of life we traveled to attend started

i had called earlier to request early check in at 1pm and that we would need 2 rooms near each other andwas told that would be fine

one device can be in wifi or u pay extra for it and pans and pots for the kitchen and extra towels or shower stuff was extra cost but also couldn’t get it for $107

location kitchenette staff was exceptional!

rooms were clean. family orientated. very peaceful. late check out times.

however, i had requested late check out, and she had not bothered to look before calling my room

the gentleman said we could do a late check out, 2pm, so i wouldn’t have to rush back after i had to skate the next morning

no pool, breakfast, bathroom.

the spa tube room

breakfast was wonderful will stay there on my frequent trips

were abel to accommodate my early check in

we had to buy cleaning supplies to clean our spa bath and bathroom

the pool was nasty and environment was not good for kids

i was on the main floor right across from guest laundry and hotel staff room

i ran the jets in the spa bath and a bunch of nasty mold

hotel employee at check in was nice and allowed me early check in.

very comfortable room . kitchen clean , having a refrigerator was a plus

great rooms, staff was amazing the kitchen was fully functioning would absolutely stay again.

kitchenett area was a nice touch even though i didnt cook there

the laundry/vending room was filthy food and garbage on floor an extremely disappointing

arrived early after a bit of a rough day and they allowed us an early check in

the attendant went to the laundry dryer to retrieve clean towels and said “they are clean just not folded”
